Returns

• If your furniture arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free return, replacement, or repair. Please contact our customer support immediately with relevant details and images.
• Returns are accepted within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in resellable condition, even if assembled. Returns in damaged or heavily used condition may not qualify for a full refund.
• A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return request.
• In case of a return, the customer must safely pack the furniture for pickup at their own cost. Improper packing may result in damage and affect refund eligibility.
• If the return is due to damage or defect, Furnmela will cover return shipping costs. For all other cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees.
• A 5% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns, unless the returned item meets all eligibility criteria (e.g., unused, undamaged, original packaging), in which case the fee may be waived.
• Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Only then will the refund or exchange be processed.

Refunds & Exchanges

• A. Refunds
  After the return is inspected and approved, Furnmela will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 working days.

Note: No deductions will be applied if the return meets all policy conditions. The restocking fee is waived in such cases.

• B. Exchanges
  If you prefer an exchange, a new order will be initiated once the return is approved. Delivery of the replacement item will be arranged accordingly.
• C. Custom Orders
  Returns on customized products are subject to a 25% deduction from the original order value. The balance will be refunded after inspection.

Replacements

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a free replacement or repair. Notify our support team immediately with images and order details.
